Whether you need a moment to breathe, a listening ear, or help catching up on the day-to-day, I’m here to support you with a customized care plan tailored to your postpartum journey.

Emotional Support

Compassionate, judgment-free listening
Encouragement and reassurance
Gentle guidance through common postpartum experiences (baby blues, overwhelm, identity shifts)

Practical Support

Light tidying to create a calm, cozy space
Dishes and laundry
Meal/snack prep or heating up food
Holding/soothing baby so you can nap, shower, or rest
Assistance with older siblings (if needed)

Hourly Care – $35/hour

2-hour minimum per visit
Perfect for flexible, on-demand support
Light chores, baby holding, emotional support, and more
Travel fees may apply for areas outside of Sacramento

I never want cost to be the reason a family goes without support. If finances feel overwhelming, please reach out—we can create a payment plan that works for you so you still receive the care you deserve./ I believe every family deserves support. If cost is a concern, I offer custom payment plans and am happy to work with you to find an arrangement that makes doula care accessible.
